Every Thursday in SLC at the Galivan Center they have Food Truck Thursday. On Thursdays around lunch time a bunch of food trucks line up and you can go have your pick. We had been wanting to go so we picked a Thursday and we met up with our friend Caroline and went to Food Truck Thursday.
We didn't have time to wait in the Korean truck's line because Matt and Caroline needed to get back to work...so we went for a sandwich place. It was yummy....but we've heard amazing things about the Korean truck and we need to go back someday to try it!
