We decided we needed to get out and do something. I think because I was on bed rest for so long we already had a little cabin fever, so we didn't keep our baby home very long...luckily she's a summer baby.
We borrowed my parents' truck and went to the drive-in. We figured people wouldn't be too annoyed if our baby cried at the drive-in....as long as it wasn't for very long. We saw Despicable Me 2.
Kind of a crappy picture...what ya gonna do?
It was a little stormy looking, but it wasn't supposed to rain, and it looked like it might clear up...so we went for it. We did get rained on a little bit, but nothing major and it went away fast. Avery cried once when she got hungry. We fed her and put her in her carseat and she fell asleep! We had brought the carseat to the back of the truck with us....just in case there were any concerned parents out there wondering.
It was a fun evening and nice to get out!
From the looks of it Avery had a great time too!
